Social events

A Reception will take place following the Poster Session at TRIUMF. The session will take place in the Auditorium. Details for the reception are still being arranged.

Following the reception the bus will return Team Members back to the Georgian Court and any members staying at TRIUMF House will be dropped off there.

Arrangements will be made to assist any companions, who have accompanied Team Members, with transportation to attend the reception. Please, send an email to Jana Thomson with your request.

A Team Dinner will take place on Wednesday, November 9 at The Floata Seafood Restaurant in Vancouver's Chinatown. It will be a pre-ordered meal. Team Members will walk from the Georgian Court to the restaurant location. If there are members staying at TRIUMF House arrangement will be made to assist them will transportation, if needed.

Participants with any dietary restrictions or mobility concerns should contact Jana Thomson .

These events are included in the registration fee for participants.

Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the Reception without extra cost. The companion fee covers the cost of the Team Meeting dinner if companions are joining you.
