The registration fee of ¥1400RMB included:

• morning and afternoon coffee breaks
• lunches
• social events (reception and team dinner).

The half or full-day excursion was an optional item. The fee for the excursion was collected at the meeting.

Payment: Cash and credit card payment on-site was collected at the venue during of the meeting.

This Indico system was not used for the Meeting programme, so it is normal that it will be incomplete. Please refer to the Agenda page to get to the programme.

Lunches

Lunches were served at IHEP, catered by the IHEP on-site cafeteria and the campus canteen.

Dinners

Dinners could be enjoyed in the restaurants of Huaxi Live mall which is located near the Holiday Inn(http://www.thebeijinger.com/directory/mastercard-center-wukesong-arena), or in the city center of Beijing which can be reached by the subway easily.
