Registration

Registration was done via the Indico page using your JACoW profiles:

Procedure to follow on the Indigo page:

• Click the Registration page and then the "Login" tab. Login with your JACoW username and password.
• only for your very first login, an email address verification is required: check your inbox and follow the directions in the email from the Indico system.

This Indico system was not used for the Meeting programme, therefore not incomplete. Please refer to the Agenda page on the Wiki to get to the programme.

The registration fee of USD270 for JTM18 included:

• morning and afternoon coffee breaks
• lunches
• social events (reception and team dinner)
• daily transport between the hotel and iThemba LABS
• additional bus transportation on the Tuesday and Wednesday.

The fee for accompanying persons was USD125 and included:

• social events (reception and team dinner)
• transport between the hotel and the social events

Payment: By EFT (the banking details on the Indico site) or by credit card payment at registration. Under special circumstances it could be arranged beforehand with Naomi to do the payment on-site at the first arrival at iThemba LABS.
