Status of tasks from 2016 team meeting

  • Continue recruiting content owners (All pages are tentatively assigned; not all accepted)
  • Write up instructions and expectations for content owners (Started)
  • Create site map (Completed)
  • Items that are hard to find, might need to be moved, have more links to, or be added:
    • Documentation on second industry email (Todd says okay for vendors, can also use non-SPMS email)
    • Second abstract reminder--usually a message to institution admins to remind people
    • How to put together synoptic table
    • Session chair information
    • editorial room setup
    • Additional sessions page is outdated
  • Items to add:
    • Would be nice to have samples of emails
    • Printed program isn't always used --up to conference
    • What is purpose of accept/reject contributions at abstract level--folks dodn't know what this means
