Programme Introduction

COVID-19 has resulted in many workplaces and conferences reinventing themselves to adapt to this unprecedented global situation. Following the cancellation of the 2020 Team Meeting, JACoW must also adapt to meet the new challenges, and enable those who have joined the Collaboration during the past year to have an opportunity to meet the experts and prepare themselves for their forthcoming events.

This year's programme will be adapted to needs, as expressed by Team Members in the coming weeks, taking into account the participation based on geographical situation.

We aim to include the now traditional Kickoff Session. Please check the list of events with the Team Members to ensure yours is properly represented. As participation is better known we will complete the information below the list.

In order to plan the programme efficiently, Team Members are invited to indicate their attendance, either in person, or remotely, as soon as possible via the Indico Registration page.

We will do our best to welcome complete newcomers and provide a solid grounding for their first steps.

For those already familiar with JACoW, we look forward to welcoming you back to improve your knowledge and pass it on to others.

Regardless of your level of knowledge and experience, do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have, and for specific issues to be included in the programme.
