      • First page has some questions about the website and experts page on the back. I would like to get your feedback on these two things before the end of the meeting. Should take only a few minutes. You can hand me back paper or email me, whichever is easiest for you.
      • I'd like to talk about presentations for a minute. Current method of doing presentations—which was approved by the Board of Directors—has three main goals:
  1. Reduce demands on presenters and people working on documentation.
  2. Standardize presentations as a way to generate and maintain documentation that is resilient enough to be presented by anyone on the team (again, spreading the work around)—which will hopefully…
  • Updates are easier.
  1. Evolve into “self-sustaining” documentation that serves as tutorials for the team, with no separate tutorial section needed. Whole Organizers/Editors section will be a tutorial.
  • Instead of documentation, tutorials, presentations we have "meta" documentation that is all three things.
  • Hasn’t been a painless path, but we’re moving in the right direction to having sustainable documentation.
  • It's important to move to this format to make organization/reorganization of information easier.
