Reassign Red Dot Papers

The screen

  • Editor/Proceedings Administration / Reassign "Red" Dot Papers

allows the administrator to reassign red dot papers from one editor to another. This functionality is usually used following a conference when the editorial team has left and returned to their "normal" occupation for the administrator to re-assign red dot papers to him/herself or to other editors willing to continue working on papers in the place of other editors.

Normally, when a paper has been assigned a red dot by an editor, re-submission is possible, and when new files are uploaded, this appears in the screen of the editor concerned:

  • Editor/Proceedings Administration / List My Papers

The screen shows the red dot papers and whether or not new files have been uploaded.
