The Team Meeting proper will take place at the IHEP campus, from Tuesday morning 08:30 to Friday lunchtime, 28th November to 1st December. Plenary sessions will take place in the available facilities. These will be advised closer to the meeting.

The TM is using a dedicated Indico instance, as well as the JACoW Wiki to assist in the facilitation of the meeting and keeping a record of the presentations.

The proposed Agenda Proposed is listed in the appropriate section, and everyone is free to email any suggestions on material they wish to be further considered to be covered, or removed from the agenda. All suggestions can be sent to Team Meeting Working Group , we hope to make the meeting as productive as possible and can only be achieved through your input.

The programme is made up of oral sessions, one poster session devoted to conference reports, and a small number of parallel sessions for tutorials and working groups. Registration for the parallel sessions will be via a doodle pole which will be made available shortly.

The parallel/tutorial sessions will take place on the Wednesday and Thursday. Some introductory overviews of parallel sessions are scheduled in advance to facilitate the learning process. The proposed Agenda will be available shortly.

One-on-one time has been once again included this years meeting so that team members can organically arrange time to address specific topics of discussion, these sessions will be available in the final programme which will be released shortly. It is asked that team members make themselves available in these periods.

A reception will follow the poster session on Tuesday afternoon, and the Team Meeting dinner will take place on the Thursday evening, 30th November. See more under Social Events for details.

IHEP has kindly offered to present their facilities to members of the Team Meeting and will be hosting a tour on Thursday ahead of lunch.

JACoW Team Members are essentially the persons responsible for publication of proceedings. However, many different skills and competences are now required and the load is often shared between several persons. Team Members should not hesitate therefore to share this invitation with colleagues who may benefit from learning more about the different aspects of the organization of accelerator conferences, in particular those with responsibilities relating to registration and IT. It is the collective knowledge of the JACoW team which allows JACoW to be successful at producing proceedings for the member series, and is that knowledge and innovative which is key in the team meeting with a number of members in the community invited to share this with the greater collaboration.
