Page Contact: Raphael Mueller (GSI Helmholtzzentrum fuer Schwerionenforschung GmbH)

Description

This tutorial will introduce JACoW team members to the basic procedure of paper processing and quality assurance, as well as going through some tips and tricks.

The tutorial will rely mostly on the information that is already available on the JACoW wiki and will be presented more "hands-on" with the possibility for questions. The goal is to give a good overview of the tools and processes that exist, a real training during a conference is still highly suggested.

It will cover the following;

  • Editing
    • The JACoW Template(s)
    • Before processing the paper (pre-processing)
    • Processing / Verifying
    • After processing the paper (post-processing)
  • Quality Assurance
  • Tips & Tricks
  • Questions & Answers
