5. Mailing lists and accounts for JACoW.org?

The mail server at Elettra, which is now hosting the site www.JACoW.org, can be used for the mail processing (IMAP4, POP3, SMTP etc.) for the domain JACoW.org.

Now we are using, mainly, some mailing list provided by SourceForge.net.

The current proposal consists of:

• leave the mailing lists related to SPMS/JUDS/JPSP/etc. on/via SF.net
• move to JACoW.org all the JACoW-related mailing lists now existant (JBoD, etc.)
• create some particular mailboxes/aliases for the JBoD: Chair, Deputy Chair, Coordinator, Regional Representatives etc. e.g. chair@jacow.org
• whatever else could improve the JACoW management

By using the Eletta servers, automating the mailing lists maintenance from the SPMS will be very easy for the JACoW.org postmaster (Ivan).
